Vella Suite Hotel

The location was very convenient because it is near the restaurants, coffee shop, convenient store, bus stations and train stations, the room was clean and comfortable. I like the free water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very good shower.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and neat and had all the amenities you needed. I stayed on the Ladies floor a few nights as well and it was amazing, with a few extra complimentary items for females.

the location is good, strategic, staffs are friendly although not all speak English, but they are very helpful. we were late for breakfast by 5 minutes, but we can still get our breakfast, thank YOU!!!

Staff spoke English and quite helpful. For example, they provided good directions and even accompanied me half way to the nearest subway station. Also, it's really nice that they provided complimentary loan of USB Charger, travel adapters, etc.

The receptionist is very helpful. The hotel is in very good location. Subway and eatery points are at walkable distance.
