The location was very convenient because it is near the restaurants, coffee shop, convenient store, bus stations and train stations, the room was clean and comfortable. I like the free water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very good shower.

Clean and air-conditioned room, which was great in the hot summer. The breakfast options were American breakfast or Korean traditional breakfast - we got the Korean breakfast, and it was delicious! Check-in was super easy, and the staff was friendly and spoke English well.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and neat and had all the amenities you needed. I stayed on the Ladies floor a few nights as well and it was amazing, with a few extra complimentary items for females.

The location is quite good. Locates in alley but not far from main street and subway station. You can access shopping streets, nice restaurants and park, easily. Nice staff and can speak English. Value for your payment.

the location is good, strategic, staffs are friendly although not all speak English, but they are very helpful. we were late for breakfast by 5 minutes, but we can still get our breakfast, thank YOU!!!

Staff spoke English and quite helpful. For example, they provided good directions and even accompanied me half way to the nearest subway station. Also, it's really nice that they provided complimentary loan of USB Charger, travel adapters, etc.

Convenient location close to multiple bus stations, a subway station and lots of restaurants and cafes. Very friendly staff.

The receptionist is very helpful. The hotel is in very good location. Subway and eatery points are at walkable distance.
